The company is a partnership between Danny Hope and Ben Lobo hence the name Hobo Internet
Danny Hope
(Following an early interest in hypertext systems like Hypercard) Danny began his career in 1995 on the Isle of Wight designing and building websites for Marriott Design. Since then he has designed visual themes, information architecture and interaction styles for scores of websites and web-applications.

Ben Lobo
Ben is the Technical Director. His responsibility is to ensure that Hobo websites are built to the highest possible technical standards and that the infrastructure that the sites rely on is robust and secure. Ben has been working as a programmer and application developer in the website industry since 1995. Before this he had anticipated a career in a non-computing related field, having studied Social Psychology at Sussex University. However, his interest in computing was kindled when he had to learn to fix his own computer in order to get his essays written. He went back to Sussex in 1995 to obtain a Masters degree in Human-Centred Computing Systems.
